That clearly explains the high property cost in SF. I’m guessing that the PITI continues to rise:>)
And to think that they’ve recently approved the demo and replacement of the section extending from T.I. to Oakland.

This doesn’t have anything directly to do with our business but I seen this on Discover Channel the other night.
When they built the San Francisco Bay bridge the put it to a vote of area residents and they passed a bill that put up all of the local real estate as colleratal to finance the construction of the bridge. I found this interesting as it was during the great depression. Those residents must of had great faith in their community and the bridge.
