wow what a question and mine is why would you want to insure Raw Land…

If someone was on it would you not be covered with NO trespass signage???

Not sure why you want LIability we there is nothing you created that would cause you to have liability IE a structure…

Keep it moved and cleared and fenced and NO Trespass sign or is it just easier to buy a policy?

I htink i would call a local to the Property Independent Ins agent or a Land developer in the area and find out what they do.

Great Question I do not know what to tell you!

I own 50 acres of vacant land in PA. My primary residance is in FL. How do I get liability insurace for it? Since there’s no home on it I can’t find anyone to write it. Allstate stopped writing these sort of policies. What can I do to insure this property?

Our land is not 50 acres, but my Nationwide agent has always told me that vacant land (liability) is covered by my homeowner’s policy plus our umbrella. We are also in FL.

You might try this company, I know they insure vacant property such as houses, they might do land as well.
