Does anyone know of a good insurance agency in the Baltimore area that willingly works with investment properties? I’ve spoken with some that are hesitant to insure these properties and some that charge too much.

I use Kim Calhoun at Armor Insurance in Ellicott City. Her number is 410-461-4434.

She’s been doing my builder’s risk policies for my rehabs for five years and is now doing my rentals.
