Well, you have come to the right place to learn. You have to ask yourself what you want to do. Rehabs, lease options, options etc. Are you handy with tools or know anything about construction. Our you a good salesman. I’m pretty handy and have a fair knowledge of construction so I started out with rehabs. However, I’m learning more about lease options and creating mortgages and subject-to. Basically start out with one topic and learn it well then branch out. If not you will mostly likely be overwhelmed with information and have no set direction.
