I did my first deal with Steve a little more than two years ago before his wholesaling course was out, and the deal was setup the same way the course describes.

I have both of his books, “wholesaling” and “rehabbing”. They do not disappoint, especially at such a reasonable price. If these fields are your area of interest in RE investing, both books would be very useful.
