I just did my first deal and didn’t use a penny of my own money to buy the property. Use the money you have for education and advertising.

what would you do finance your first deal? keep in mind, that you don’t have your first deal yet 1. take the mortgage that you qualified for
2. get a $30,000 equity line of credit on the home you live in
3. use the cash you have been saving (about $15,000)
4. take a $10,000 loan against 401k
5. keep reading and figure out how NOT to use your own money…
