I have visited 6 parks this week and they all seem to be perfect for Lonnie deals. The first one I went to was huge. But when I talked to the owner she said they dont allow Lonnie deals. I think maybe my approach was bad. I dont want to ruin myself in the other parks. How would you guys approach the owners/managers? What would you say and how would you react if they say no? What kind of benefits could I tell them they would get from me doing deals in their park? Thanks guys

Michael, I checked the archives and came up with 9487 matches for “approching park managers”, there is a lot of good information there. I have read a lot of the archived post on this subject but I have much more yet to read. I will e-mail you some of my favorites I have saved.
