Your state law would dictate who, how to “notice” the neighbors about the guy living in that location, so somehow you need to check local law for answer to your question.
Unless you’re adept and competent legal researcher then you’ll probably need a lawyer to do this for you.

It happend 15 years ago when the man was 21 & his GIRLFRIEND was 14. According to Florida’s Sexual Offender Division, there have been no reported incidences since. Apparantely any persons under the age of 16 CANNOT legally give consent for sex. He is married now, a great job,excellent credit & rental history.
If I put him in one of my duplexs, do I have to tell my other renters in the other side of the duplex? What about the rental I own across the street?
What other liability will I have? Thank you in advance.

Thinking about this situation, just be sure you get your own, independent credit and criminal report on this guy. So you know what his background really is.
As a lawyer, I’ve dealt with lots of felons but never met a felon, no matter how bad he actually was, who’d freely admit to all the bad things he’s done as they get to be durned good liars.
From what I read, Ted Bundy was a charming guy who could probably convince you & me of his terrific character and warm, loving nature.
The whole gang in the prison yard is innocent according to their own accounts.
