Nice 2 bed 2 bath condo’s with all the amenites. Get female tenants preferably. Check ads of apt complexes in the area for avg rent - then try to get yours below that and advertise on campus.
Hi, i was wondering what you guys suggest for investing near a college. I live in Greeley CO directly across the street from the college. I’m not sure what to do. Please Help.
