I’m a total real estate novice and wanted to join an investment club to gain experience and knowledge. There doesn’t seem to be a club in the areas that I’m interested in. There are other clubs in my state (NJ), but just not in the particular areas that I’m interested in. Does that matter, or should I just join the next nearest club? If I decide to start a club, what are some of the first steps that I should take? Anyone?

There is a national association of these clubs. Contact some of the clubs listed on the home page of CREONLINE.COM and ask them for contact information.
