Are you buying houses through him or at least listing some with him? Are you giving him leads for prospects who are not right for your investments…Give a realtor a little motivation and you will get your comps… heck, it takes ten minutes to do comps on a house.

These days many sources seem to be getting their
data from them. I believe it costs like $9.95.
My experience with most comp sites is that they offer incomplete data as needed by investors.
