NOREIA meets the third Thurs of every month at the Quality Hotel in Metairie (take Causeway South exit & hotel is on left) at 7 P.M.

I know this asking a lot but does anyoune know of any clubs in the Baton Rouge, New Orleans, Mandeville, Hammond area. I have seen the one listed here, but was just curius if anyone knew of any others.

THe only formal group that I know of is NOREIA. But, there are some of who are more active that are kicking around the idea of setting up an organization where we will cover some more advanced topics than are covered in the monthly NOREIA meetings. NOREIA is good for both new investors and experienced investors, but for those looking for a real edge there isn’t yet a great resource. If there are any NOREIA members reading this post, don’t take this the wrong way. I am a NOREIA member and attend semi-regularly, it is just that I am looking for a network of investors where the knowledge base is a little more advnced than that of the average NOREIA member. Anyone interested should contact me via email to let me know that there is interest in a Level II type association.
