Cool,
Not being from FL I did a web search and found this page. It said the fee was $1500 but if you got it for free that saves $1500.

I bought an auto dialer… - Posted by karen in florida

does any one have a good script they would share so I can leave short messages on answering machines. this machine will only leave a message if a machine picks up so I’m hoping for decent results. I’m really not interested if you think this is a good idea or not, just if you have done this and what did you say. Thanks in advance, Karen.

Where did you get the autodailer?
Who makes it?
How much ?
Where does one go to get the do not call list, and can that list be exported to your autodailer?

There is a guy I have met through work whose part-time hobby is suing telemarketers and espicially junk faxers and the automatic machines. He told me that if I ever get a call from one of these machines and record the message and then respond yes to find out who called. Once you have the person’s name that called you it is like $1000 in the bank. Apparently they are illegal and he always settles or sues. He has made over $200,000 in settlements and lawsuit victories. He is suing using the penalties spelle dout in the law and not made up jury awards. SO be careful who you call. The day I was at his office he took 20 of us out to eat as he just got a $3500 check from a machine owner.

Be careful…FL has a “no solicitation list” of people who aren’t supposed to get telemarketing calls. If you call someone on this list, you can get penalized heavily.
I don’t know if this was your intention, but just warning you to be careful.

If they’ve placed an ad in the paper with their phone number on it.
Just depends on whom you’re auto-dialing.
If you get a chance, send me an e-mail once you’ve used it for awhile.
I’m curious to know what your numbers are, after you’ve gotten a good test compiled.
Thanks in advance.
