Why dont you just call every park in the area your interested in. You could get on the phone with the person you would like to talk to and have an actual conversation with them.
How many park owners are going to read this ad??
Alot less than you can contact by phone, and for less $GREEN$ than running most ads.
Heck you never know who you could end up talking to. Mabye you would talk to a motivated park seller…

I have a friend that manages a park near St. Louis. I believe that this is a large corporate owned park so I am sure that there are owners who would go for it.
