From a thread on another forum. We got an offer to fund a MHP deal we were looking at. From someone we met at a mobile home event. The deal did not happen. But thanks to the networking opportunities at these events we could have capitalized on a deal that would have otherwise been out of our reach at this time. To anyone considering attending an event, it is time and money VERY well spent.
