The proposal is very thick, detailed item to complete. The process with HUD is rather long and cumbersome and rather expensive. Best thing is to contact a lender who works with HUD on these deals – try GMAC if the loan amount is greater than $ 2 or $ 3 million. Very touch thing to accomplish.
As for a copy – I have yet to see one on the net. Try the lenders first and then ask them for a sample or assistance in getting the deal done.
