I have purchased several HUD foreclosures through the years. Even though there is an on-line auction, only a HUD registered real estate broker may participate.
If you want to purchase a HUD property, contact a HUD approved broker. The broker will have all the HUD required forms, disclaimers, and releases for you to fill out. The broker will assist you with your bid preparation, collect your escrow deposit, and submit your bid (online).
