After 3 months we finally closed on Friday. At 9:00 it wasn’t going to close, but by 1:00 some “higher ups” pushed it through.
My point is…If you are going to buy a HUD foreclosure, it will probably take forever, unless you pay cash and that still might not help.

Any little thing will extend the process 10-15 days.

It was funny…The second time we were supposed to close, I asked the title company if they could close if I brought them a suitcase full of cash. They said it would still probably take 10 days for everything to be approved and we’d need to pay again to file an extension of the contract.
