Right now I am mostly doing all new construction investments. Do you have anything exciting in the new construction catagory? Something that would be ready for resale in mid 05?

Anyone here from Myrtle Beach?
We are looking at purchasing some ocean front property there as part of a 1031 exchange. Ideally we would like to rent it out for a few years and then make it our primary residence.
How is the market there and where should we be focusing? North Myrtle? South Myrtle?

the market is white hot. Ocean front condos are selling pretty much within hours.
I am an agent and I am pretty much sitting with contracts already written for people just waiting for something to come on the market for them
The commercial market is starting to heat up as well. We have a lot of new BIG projects in the works for myrtle beach (theme parks ect)
