I dont have a realotor working for me, this is the sellers realotor, She made the offer to him today an hasent heard back, She said if he does it that he wants to do everything thru her (his realotor acting as his agent) the seller is an attorney but she says he is long winded an she cant tell me the details of stuff like his divorce or why he wants to go thru her directly with setting up a lease/purchase
Im not very good at writing letters can you assist me in writing a letter to give to a realtor to give to a seller stating you want the property to lease then purchase after a few months so you can get your funding arranged? The seller stated in the msl description would consider lease
If the MLS says the seller will consider a lease, then write an offer through your realtor, no “letter of intent” neccessary. The seller is responsible for paying the realtor…go get yourself this house!
and you’ll pay the realtor for what? - Posted by gerald(tx)

If he is going to be earning a commission, make him convey by every creative written and oral means. Put the load on him for the small stuff, and to your satisfaction. Make him earn his keep.

Try a “Google” search for “Letter of Intent”. There are many hit’s on the subject, some are online forms you can purchase for $6.99 - $12.00 here’s one for example.
