Howdy All,
I’ve been away in the land of sand for awhile but have recently returned and am looking at buying a piece of property.
I’ve come to an agreement with the seller on 25 of the 26 acres but she wants to keep 1 extra acre for herself. She’s deluding herself that the kids will move home and live next to her but that’s beside the point.
She is willing to grant me the right of first refusal to buy the property if she ever decides to sell or transfer the property. Does anyone know of a good boilerplate or download I can purchase? Ideally, I’d like it to state that her heirs have to offer it to me at fair market value if it should come to them through her will. I need one I can tweak for particulars.
Also, does anyone have any advice as to how to proceed?
