Check locally with county and state and city zoning or development laws.
Also check for covenants put on the land to restrict anything, including subdividing.

im looking at buying a 3bed 2bath moblie home on 5 acres i planning on spliting it up. Should i split the acreage by the acre or half acre and place moblie homes and sale them off any advice be nice
