but whenever I sign for our corp I simply sign my name, and the "President, Lake Howard Corporation "is printed below the signature line. I’ll have to check in the morning, but I believe that’s it. I guess if it weren’t I would simply write it in below the signature line.
Sometimes a title co. may require a corporate resolution to purchase / sell a property, but that would have been submitted prior.

How do I sign a purchase and sale agreeement for a real estate single family home? My wife and I have a partnership called “V properties”. Do I sign the purchase and sale agreement “V properties, my name”?. Are both my name and my wifes signature required on the purchase agreement? I am actually running and mananging the business.

A smart seller or her realtor wouldn’t accept such a signature, and might insist that you both sign personally and prove your pre-qual status with your lender before submitting to her client.
If she doesn’t get both those things in any P&S (earnest money) agreement, she really has nothing very solid and might just be wasting her time and that of her client.
Your signing as you describe for a DBA (unregistered or registered with your Sec of Stateor assumed name entity doesn’t really commit anybody to anything.
