How to proceed on bad note any state - Posted by John Merchant

Posted by John Merchant on March 24, 2011 at 22:18:32:

For anyone here looking to acquire a NP Note in any state, my business is note collecting and specifically Mortgage and Deed of Trust foreclosing.

My co is a Foreclosure Trustee in WA and other states and does not only DOT foreclosures and Trustee Auctions but also RE Contract forfeitures and condo lien collections.

So if you’re looking at one in any state and would like an estimate of fee involved to foreclose, give me a shout.

I try to keep my fees lowest in the business so you can bet I’m reasonable.

How do I contact you? When I click on your name, your e-mail does not go through because it says “default client not set up”.

And I’ll freely give State’s Frclr requirements - Posted by John Merchant

Every state has varying and different mortgage foreclosure requirements.

So the buyer of defaulted notes had better educate him/herself a little on the applicable state’s law, upfront and before spending $$$ on any such defaulted note anywhere.

I’ll be happy to look into any state’s foreclosure laws for the looker-before he/she buys, at no charge from me.

Email and I will respond.
