I have a 4plex that has been boarded up and vacant for a couple of years. There is about $16K taxes due on it and it did not sell in November at a tax lien sale. I want to get rid of this property ASAP. There is no mortgage on it, just the taxes. It is probably only worth about $5K. What do I do? Thanks.
What do your state statutes say about non-bid property at tax lien sales?
list it on the market with a real estate agent… call we buy houses signs… list it on craigslist, put for sale signs on the house… etc… etc…
