not sure what is diferent in NY. In TX, this is an eviction situation. he may not have been a tenant when he owned the place, but he sure is now. Treated the same as a squatter. FILE ON HIM>

I purchased a foreclosure and the previouse owner is still in the house. He doesn’t answer door or even acknowledge that he is in the house. Since he wasn’t a tenant I can’t go the regular route of getting him evicted. How do I legally get him out. I’m in NC
