Greg, You can buy investment property with 80% conventional financing with your credit score for investment.(The catch is it is 15 year financing.Flippers generally go another route.)
It would be worth your while to work on improving your credit score. For example, at 700 FICO, 30 year financing becomes available. At 720 FICO,I have I/O financing and adjustable terms (5/1 etc.)available to you for investment property.
Hello, I’ve been hearing this a lot lately. My credit score is 650, my income is $2500 a month. The most ideal method of buying/flipping properties would be getting it through a loan, but seems like all lenders are not willing to do this. How do I get lenders wanting my business over and over?
