Purchase price $525K. I’d like to put down only 5%. What rates, programs, are available for such a mortgage ? The condo-hotel will NET $1500/month to me, and I can show documents from the developer that prove it.

I make non-owner loans all the time. Some of them can be high loan to value. It takes a complete understanding of your financial situation to say if you are eligible for this type of loan. My beginning questions would be where do you live and where is the property? Do you own other property?
