Thanks Steve - the county assessor part was what i really needed. I may check with neighbors, but this is in a ‘brand new’ area that is just taking off around here with new subdivisions and trees,etc still being cleared out all around. There’s really not much else around as far as mobiles and other neighbors. I’ll let you know what happens…

Im looking for the best ways to find the owner of a property in my area. The mobile seems to be abandoned and is across the street from a brand new subdivision that was built last year. What is the best way to go about tracking down the owner of this property?

first, talk to the neighbors.

Second, take the address to the county assessor - they’re sending the tax bill to somebody.

Third - let us know what you found out
