What state is this hotel in? I’ve been looking for exactly what you have found. If you want to partner on this deal, please contact me. I’ve enough experience to find the owners and get a lot of the liens eliminated along the way. Let me know if you’re interested.

Head down to the County Clerk’s office where the deeds and mortgages should be held. Once there, learn how to do a lien search. The previous owners may have lost it to foreclosure or they could still own it.
