I would start at your local REI club. Also check ads in the newspaper under “real estate services” or “investment properties”.

Hello,
I am new to investing. I think what I really need to do is to find a partner who can handle the financing aspect of things while I locate good deals. I was hoping somebody could give me some tips as to how to find these type of investors. I am more interested in partnering than working with hard money lenders. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for sharing your knowledge.
