Ask other investors in your local real estate club for a referral. Also, ask real estate agents in town which firm is known for real estate expertise.

How do you find a good lawer? Do you look in the yellow pages and interview the ones that ads say they do real estate? Should I call one of the investors ads in the newspaper and ask who they deal with? Thanks in advance
