How to Finance 2 Deals - Posted by Brad
Posted by Brad on December 16, 2002 at 12:42:56:
I’ve never bought a property yet and am looking at 2 duplexs that are for sale. The reason that I’m looking at both is because I think they are priced under market value and owned by the same owner.
Prices are 65,000 and 70,000. How could I finance both of these properties at once.
I have good credit, no debt, and have a good secure job.
Thank you,
Brad

Brad, Have you asked for a reduction of the asking prices on the duplexes by 20%-15%-10%? You can get duplexes cheaper by getting a discount on them just ask for it? I never pay the asking price for any complexes that I have bought either by lease option or owner financing.

Well, I have yet to do a deal other than convetional( but studying on more creative principles) Maybe some of the pros here could advise on a L/O, seller finance, or Sub 2. I too would like to hone in on these principles. MikeS.
