A student of Randy and “Charlie” France’s methods, I am starting a business in Massachusetts using “Subject To” agreements to acquire property. Does anyone know a good information source and/or an attorney in Massachusetts who understands how to use a Nominee Trust agreement instead of a Land Trust? Land Trusts are commonly used in other states for “Subject To” purchase agreements, but I have heard Massachusetts is different. I am trying to find out what’s unique to Massachusetts in a “Subject To” scenario. And, I am looking for an attorney to help me put together an agreement package that will work here. Please recommend…
