It’s a good course to help you determine if this method of investing is for you. Todd’s material is easy to read, and the training progresses logically. He introduces the foreclosure market, explains how it works (in general, as things vary from state-to-state), and even includes the dissection of a foreclosure property in which he was involved. He also provides forms for analyzing your own properties.
I highly recommend it if you are considering this avenue of REI.
If you are familiar with how foreclosures work, then you might be more interested in Joe Kaiser’s course. Joe gets more into the methods for getting your foot in the door with the homeowner, and, failing any progress there, with the lender.
