You need to buy the Sheets course and others study them. It does work and works well but it’s not as easy as shown on TV. Educate your self and read everything you can find on REI, and in a year or so you can start to do deals.
From your post it seems you are asking for someone to explain it all to you. Ain’t happening.

when i was in new york last week i watched a programme about buying and selling houses well i was really taken in by it and a week after iam home its still going through my head.So if there is any one out there how has ever used the carlton sheet programe could they please let me know how to go about doing it.I think thats wot u call him
