I think that it is a good example of what not to do. Guys like that will get caught at some point. I think that most of us out there are truely trying to help out people that need help and make a living off of it.

I was doing some research on a neighborhood that I am not familiar with when I stumbled accross this article about this “slumloard”. I think this is a great example of greed and all CREonline members take heed.
