Hello to everybody

Well am planning to buy Carleton Sheets course “No Money Down”. But I want really know how much does it cost. On TV comercial says to try for 30 days for only $9.95, but after that how much do you pay to own it. Does it have any hidden charges?

Also for those who are using the course, is it worth it or not.

Any advise will help?

Thanks,

I bought my CS course on ebay for $10.00 .Well worth the ten bucks, but I wouldn’t pay the money that CS wants. Keep your eye out on ebay.

I would just like to say. Whatever you do. DO NOT buy the course from the sheets organization. They are cons. I ordered it and I regret it. I just checked my checking balance and noticed that good old carleton sheets just charged me $164 for some thing I never ordered and have never even recieved. Thanks Carleton. And as for the customer service rep saying good to here good comments. You guys suck. I call the customer service department to get my money back and what does it say. We are closed untill monday. Oh but of course if you want to buy stuff there are sales reps ready to help you. But they can’t refund any of the money they stole from you. One more thing I would’nt even reccoment sheets course from ebay. I sold mine and have since bought steve Cooks wholesaling course. It’s much better and cheaper. Oh yeah and he’s not a con artist

It is 4 payments of 74.99 after the 9.95 trial offer.
So it comes to around $310 and that is before any shipping charges. You can check it out at http://www.carletonsheets.com.

There are also a lot of his courses available on EBAY

Good Luck

I,ve purchase C,S course twice and never had one complaint about them, if you did not order what you was charged for then they commited fraud, now do you think a couple of dollars is worth the criminal complaints that could be charged against them . personally i don’t think so ,since they have always been pleasent and helpful to me and thousands of others ,plus you never said if you got your money back or not so i take it you got your money back. every company is going to have problems sooner or later, as for cooks course he has a lot of complaints too.

And to add to this post - before the 30 days were up, I called to cancel because I really didn’t gave the $80 a month to give them at the time, and that’s what I gave as my reason. They then offered to cut the price in half to keep the course, which is what I ended up doing. I don’t remember paying for any shipping charges either - I think that’s what the original $9.95 was for.

Nick,

Just because you didn’t have any problem with them doesn’t mean they’re not crooks. You have to keep in mind hundreds if not thousands of other people have been screwed by Carlton Sheets and his people. I myself bought his course and it was a waste of money. I have since bought Ron Legrand’s courses and I’m now doing better. They also screwed me when they got me to join their mentoring program, which was a complete waste of my $3,800 and and my time because they promised me I would do a least one deal. It was the most frustrating thing I have been through. So if you had good luck with them doesn’t mean other people did.
What about their mentoring program? I have yet to hear anybody that has something good to say about it.

Let me say this again. I did not order what they charged me for. Donn’t try and say that I did. How the hell would you know. And also I have not got my money back. They are closed untill monday. As for Steve’s course I have never heard one complaint about it. I always hear them about Sheets on here.

It’s good to read positive posts about Carleton Sheets … I work for the Customer Service dept. The cassette/vhs course is $239.96 + $24.95 s&h, it’s a $40 upgrade for CD’s and $20 for DVDs. Good Luck!

Correction. I am not the one who was sticking up for Sheets. I was the one who got screwed. I hate Carleton Sheets. I just sat on the phone for way over an hour with his customer service and my bank trying to fix the problem. Well my bank gave me the money back and is calling it fraud. Sheets however says there going to try and collect for something I never agreed to pay.

How did they screwed you? They didn’t make you buy it, right? You must have agreed somehow? They all can’t be burning people and still in business. That is not how things are done in life. I think that you are looking for an easy ride, and you didn’t get it.

I am sure they overcharged, but that can be taken care of by the credit card company, with one call. Just don’t let the time elapse, like I did on other products (not real estate materials).
