IREM= Institute of Real Estate Management they have courses and books on the matter of income earned by both residential managers and commercial managers. They also have various information as to income earned by the particular job as a manager in the real estate industry. They have several courses that are a good prerequisite for jobs in the industry. Even if your already a college grad these courses can be very useful as they are more industry specific.
For example a Property manager with a CPM designation will usually earn more then the their counter part in the industry that does not.
