Hi,
We have paid finder fees for mobile home parks in California, but because the deals are so tight, they have been low – at least on a percentage basis.
What are typical finder fees on the east coast, Midwest and south? We usually pay flat fee if the deal makes sense. Typically, how is it done in other parts of the country?
Are bird dogs common in the rest of the country? In California “bird Dogging” is a common way for people to brake in to the real estate business. Remember our inflated prices can make it tough out here. Even after the melt down.
Thanks
Andrew
