I am so new to mobile home investing (although I have been reading about it since 2007) I squeak. I am wondering how many manufactured homes you can sell in a year in Oklahoma before needing a dealer license? I pulled up the state hand book and it reads more like how to get the license not why you need one. I have heard as few as 1 and as many as 30. Anyone know?
