I posted this yesterday in the wrong place. I am so new to mobile home investing I squeak (even though I have been reading about it for 8 years) My question is… how many mobile homes can you sell in Oklahoma in a year before you need to get your dealers license? I down loaded the Mobile Home Dealer PDF from the Oklahoma web site, but that is more about how to get your license not why you would need to get it. My fear is that if I get my act together and structure 2, 3, 4 and 5 year deals I might have a slew of mobile homes that pay off in the same year. Anyone know?
