New here but not new to real estate investing.
I buy apartment buildings primarily.
However, last year, I was presented with an awesome deal - an industrial-warehouse space with 42,000 square feet of rentable space.
Unfortunately, one of the tenants that we have who have been in the property for over 10 years got a customer who defaulted on $100K in receivables so this tenant can’t afford to be in business for long (and of course, failed to pay the rent).
So now I have a building with 24,000 square feet of vacant space that I need to lease asap.
Other than have a commercial broker lease the place, what other ways can I lease the property?
