I have a sandwich L/O where my tenant/buyer is preparing to get financing and excercise his option. I think he may be financable now. Since the title seasoning issue has become such a big deal how do I close this deal?
I have a lease/option with the owner on title that is approximately 3 months old.
Please give me some advise.
