First of all Welcome to the board! 
You should be able to do a search of the forum here for that… and pull up LOADS Of info. Besides the Theresa Lastnamehere and/or assigns In the contract, there are other ways… Try the search and if that doesnt help you Im sure you will get a ton of other advice.
Education is in doing. Get the knowledge then jump out there and try it!

First I would read everything on the topic, starting with

just for starters. Second I would read the book flipping properties by William Bronchick.(books stores like Barnes&Noble have it for 18 bucks or so) And third I would do a search through the news group and news group archive with the keyword flipping or wholesaling. This should give you a good foundation of what to look for in potential properties.
