Could someone enlighten me on how should I get myself organized. What should I have (cards, forms…etc.), as a Bird Dogger before meeting with any potential investors or sellers.

All you need to do is listen. If you find someone will work with you and train you, all you need to do is bring your enthusiasm and listen.

Read all the free stuff here and consider purchasing some courses. Educate yourself until you think you know it all - then you’ll have just scratched the surface.

Don’t worry about appearing new. Just appear creative and be a good listener. Find out what this particular investor is looking for, what he requires, and where he wants it. Solve his problems and you’ll both make money.
