Jim,

I use two sites for comps. www.domania.com and www.iown.com

Domania does require a (free) login to get additional info (bed/bath/etc). But, both are good. Occasionaly, you won’t get info, but that generally means that you either typed the address wrong, or there aren’t any recent comps for that neighborhood.
