If they have filed a forwarding address with the USPS all you have to do is send an envelope to the old address and on the outside of the envelope you write “DO NOT FORWARD, ADDRESS CORRECTION REQUESTED”. The post office will return your original envelope with a label at the bottom showing the persons new forwarding address.

I am trying to locate an absent owner. Does anyone know how to find a owner who moved out of state, off hand?
