Sone of the parks I’ve visited don’t have an office in the park. The manager’s office was in a SFH just outside of the park. I spoke to residents and called the PM to find out where the office was located.
M-F 9-5 seems common. Some of the parks in my area the office is only open M,W,F. Two of the parks in my area have managers who come in every couple of weeks by appointment only.

How do I find the MHP Manager’s Office in all parks? On Sunday I drove
through three of the MHPs where I want to meet the manager. I did see a
manager’s office right at the entrance to one of the parks, but I saw no such
thing in the other two parks. (The parks where I did not see a manager’s
office did seem noticeably older and were not nearly as well maintained.)
Also, the hours that were posted in the window at the manager’s office were
Mon - Fri, 9-5 only, no weekends. Is that common? Many of the parks I need
to visit are up to 75 miles away. I’d like to know ahead of time whether I
need to visit on a weekday, which fortunately I am able to do.
