I am owner financing a home that I would like for my buyer to be able to refinance in her name and cash me out. She’s made prompt monthly payments for a year now. However, since I am not a credit reporting agency, her good payment history is not helping her.

How could I get this on her FICO, or what alternative could her get her credit up, so she could get a new loan?

When she qualifies for a mortgage, her good payment history will be noted as part of the file. The mortgage broker typically asks for information about their payment history to you.
